Birdwatching for the Whole Family

Growing up in Ottawa, my family kept our backyard birdfeeder stocked year-round.

Depending on the season, our backyard feeder attracted a colourful range of species from blue jays, hummingbirds and cardinals to chickadees, finches and orioles.

Birds flocked to our feeders to stay nourished over the winter months. In the spring and summer, the birds depended on the feeders to supplement their diets since much of their native forest areas had been replaced by urban development.

​Today, each batch of Flock + Ink premium birdseed is hand-mixed, low-waste and proudly filler-free for less mess.
